Request duplicate of voting papers

Constitutional Referendum 4 December 2016

Please be reminded that if you have not received your voting papers by 20 November you may request a duplicate by filling in the attached form and returning it with a copy of your id document via mail or in person.

The duplicate voting papers can either be mailed or collected during opening times, or on Saturday and Sunday 26-27th November from 09h00 to 11h00.

The voted papers have to reach the Embassy by 1st December. Papers received after that date may not be considered valid.

Dates

20 nov if voting papers are not received by this date, duplicate voting papers may be requested

26-27 nov the Embassy will be open from 09h00 to 11h00 for the request and collection of duplicate voting papers

1 dic deadline by which the voted papers need to be returned to the Embassy
